In Beijing's most bustling contemporary mall, I went to this massive Vietnamese Pho restaurant where it was decorated with shelves of glass noodles, vintage sauce bottles, and ingredients. I thought the vivacious amount of colors and warm lighting from the big windows on the side were just so beautiful so I wanted to capture this moment as I was waiting for my food.
